PROGRAM #1 :

Fixing your digestion

A healthy gut contributes to better nutrient absorption and overall well-being. Include fiber-rich foods like fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and legumes. Consider adding probiotic-rich foods (such as yogurt, kefir, or sauerkraut) to support gut flora.

PROGRAM #2 :

Fatloss accelerater

To lose body fat, you need to consume fewer calories than your body expends. Our program help you create a caloric deficit.

A small caloric deficit allows your body to tap into fat stores while still providing enough energy for muscle maintenance and growth.

PROGRAM #3 :

Muscle growth

Build a nutrient timing to opmitimize your workouts results. Pre-workout: Consume a balanced meal or snack with a mix of protein and carbohydrates about 1-2 hours before exercise.

Post-workout: Refuel within 30 minutes after your workout with a protein-rich snack to support muscle repair and growth.

Step 2 : FULFILL yOUR wellness profile

Once you ordered your products, based on the program you chose at step 1, you will be guided to follow these simple steps and get ready for the next challenge. All these next step are INCLUDED with the purchase of your program so you will not have additionnal cost.

Step 3 : get YOUR MEAL PLAN AND join the challenge

Once we received all your informations and preferences, you will receive your plans and join the challengem which are include with your selected program. Along the 21 days, you will have access to a coach 7/7. At the end of the challenge, 1o partcipants will will 1000$US for there transformation, based on there before and after photos !
